Some journeys do not begin with a destination. They begin with recognition.
The origin of my Morocco Women’s Journey started with connection. I met Siham through a mutual friend in our Entreprenista group, and from our very first conversation, something clicked. We were two women living miles apart, shaped by different experiences, yet deeply aligned in vision. We both believed in the power of women, community, beauty, culture, and creating experiences that leave people changed.
What started as a conversation quickly became something more. We shared stories about life, womanhood, business, purpose, and the quiet battles women often carry without always saying them out loud. There was an ease, honesty, and understanding in those conversations that stayed with me. It became clear that this was not just about planning a trip. It was about creating space.
That is the true beginning of the Morocco Women’s Journey.
This experience was born from a desire to gather women who have lived a little. Women who have endured, rebuilt, stretched, and carried more than most people ever see. Women who know what it is to be strong, but are tired of being reduced to strength alone. Women who are ready for depth, beauty, joy, softness, honesty, and meaningful connection.
I did not want to curate a women’s trip that felt surface level or performative. I wanted to create something intimate yet elegant. Something beautiful, but also honest. Something that allowed women to experience Morocco not just through sightseeing, but through story, relationship, and shared humanity.
This journey is designed to take women into spaces that matter. Into homes, kitchens, conversations, and women-owned businesses. Into moments where culture is not something observed from a distance, but something felt. Curated in partnership with Siham, Morocco’s first female tour operator and founder of Morocco Travel Organizer, this trip opens the door to experiences rooted in trust, access, and genuine connection.
That partnership matters to me deeply.
There is something powerful about women building with women. About creating economic impact, visibility, and opportunity through the very experiences we design. Supporting women in Morocco is not a side note to this journey. It is part of its heartbeat. The women we meet are not there to perform for us. They are a meaningful part of the story, and we arrive with respect for what they have built, carried, and preserved.
At the same time, I wanted this journey to feel alive.
Yes, there will be meaningful conversations and powerful moments of reflection, but there will also be joy. There will be laughter in the medinas, beauty in the details, sightseeing that stirs wonder, sidecar rides through the city, stillness under desert night skies, and sunrise views over the Atlas Mountains that remind you life can still surprise you. There will be fun, elegance, and delight because women deserve that too.
That balance was important to me.
Too often, women are expected to choose between depth and beauty, healing and pleasure, reflection and fun. I do not believe we have to choose. I believe we can hold both. We can have conversations that go deep and still enjoy beautiful design, unforgettable meals, breathtaking scenery, and lightness that feels earned.
In many ways, this journey mirrors my own life.
This tour was curated out of pain transformed into purpose. It reflects what I know about becoming. About carrying stories that could have made you smaller and deciding instead to let them make you wiser, clearer, and more intentional. When Siham and I began shaping this experience, I shared exactly what I wanted women to see and feel. I wanted them to feel held. I wanted them to feel inspired. I wanted them to feel expanded. I wanted them to leave with more than photos. I wanted them to leave with language for themselves, connection with other women, and memories that stayed in the body long after returning home.
Morocco became the setting, but the true journey is what happens within and between the women who gather.
This journey is for the woman who desires more than escape. It is for the woman seeking beauty, cultural depth, and the kind of connection that leaves a lasting imprint. If that is you, I invite you to explore the Morocco Women’s Journey.
